By using LTD Turnaround you agree to these terms. The site and its tools are provided free to help you understand your company's position. They offer general information, not regulated advice, and you use them at your own discretion. Where you ask for help we introduce you to a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, who is responsible for any advice they give you. You may not copy or republish our content without permission. LTD Turnaround is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd (Companies House 16833937). Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Who we are

LTD Turnaround (ltdturnaround.co.uk) is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16833937, registered office Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, Essex CO9 4EB. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC151816). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Best Business Loans Ltd trading as LTD Turnaround, and "you" means the director or business using the site.

2. Acceptance and changes to these terms

By using this site you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update the site, its tools and these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, the law or regulatory guidance. The version on this page applies to your use, and the "last reviewed" date shows when it last changed.

3. What we do and do not do

LTD Turnaround publishes information and free tools about UK company distress and insolvency, and, where you ask, introduces you to a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. We are not a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a law firm or a lender, and we do not provide insolvency, legal, financial or regulated advice. Our content and tools are general information only and are not a substitute for advice from a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner or solicitor about your own situation.

4. Who this is for

This site is aimed at directors of UK limited companies. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act on behalf of the company you are enquiring about.

5. Introductions

When you request help, you consent to us passing your details to a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner so they can contact you about your enquiry. The introduced practitioner is responsible for any advice, engagement, checks and services they provide, on their own terms. We do not charge you for an introduction. We may receive an introducer fee from the practitioner if you go on to instruct them; this does not change what you pay them.

6. Information and tools

Our calculators, checkers and data assets, including the Director Distress Index and the Business Distress Nowcast, are indicative and for general guidance. They are not a formal assessment of your company and do not guarantee any outcome. Figures are drawn from official UK sources and are labelled as most-recent-published or live; they can change. Always confirm your position with a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner before acting.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, fraudulent or unauthorised enquiries, or impersonate any person or company.
• Do not use the site for any purpose other than seeking help for a genuine company.
• Do not scrape, copy, republish or resell our content commercially without written permission.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

The content, branding, tools, data and frameworks on LTD Turnaround are owned by, or licensed to, Best Business Loans Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may quote brief extracts with clear attribution and a link back. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

9. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of the site, and any tool on it, without notice. The site and its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data; we are not liable for the advice, acts or omissions of any Licensed Insolvency Practitioner or other third party you are introduced to; and our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the site is limited to £100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim or cost we incur as a result of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any inaccurate or unauthorised information you submit through it.

12. Data protection

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law. How we collect, use, share and protect your information, and your rights over it, are set out in our privacy policy.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with the LTD Turnaround service, please tell us through our contact page and we will look into it and respond. See our complaints page for how we handle complaints. A complaint about a practitioner's advice or engagement should be raised with that practitioner, who is regulated by their own professional body.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another group company; you may not transfer yours without our consent. A person who is not a party to these terms has no rights to enforce them.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
