Cookie policy
We use two analytics tools, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. They only load if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Until you choose, or if you choose "Reject all", neither tool loads, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google or Microsoft. We do not run advertising on this site and do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you. The tables below list what is set, what it is for and how long it lasts.

Before you choose
No cookies are set and nothing is stored in your browser when you first arrive. Google Analytics and Clarity do not load. The cookie banner asks you to accept or reject analytics.

If you accept, we only turn on analytics measurement. Google’s advertising settings stay switched off, because this site runs no ads.

If you have not accepted and you send an enquiry, it still carries the page you sent it from, how you arrived at that page and basic device details, so we can see where it came from. That is read from the page at the moment you submit and is not stored in your browser.
Changing your mind or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Switching to "Reject all" stops Google Analytics and Clarity, deletes this site’s analytics cookies and removes the stored attribution record. Microsoft’s own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com can only be removed in your browser settings (usually under Privacy, then Cookies and site data), where you can also block cookies for this site.
