LTD Turnaround is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, a company registered at Companies House, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner\'s Office for data protection. We are an independent information service, not a law firm and not a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner ourselves; where appropriate we introduce directors to a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, who is regulated by their recognised professional body. Only a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner can act as a liquidator or administrator, and you can check any practitioner on the Insolvency Service register. Where we publish data, we tie every figure to a named official source so it can be verified independently.

How to verify a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
