We only collect the personal information you choose to give us, mainly when you request a call or send a message. We use it to review your situation and reply to you. We do not currently pass it to any Licensed Insolvency Practitioner or other third party. Your enquiry is reviewed and replied to by our own editorial desk. We do not sell your data. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes and protect it appropriately. You have rights over your data under UK GDPR, including to access, correct or delete it. LTD Turnaround is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd (Companies House 16833937).
In short

International transfers
Some of our processors (for example Cloudflare, Google and, depending on region, our database and email providers) may process personal data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, together with appropriate technical safeguards, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
