How we are funded
You should know how a service like this is paid for, especially when your company is in difficulty. LTD Turnaround is free for directors: the guides, tools, data and a review of your enquiry cost nothing. The site is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd. We take no referral fees and no commission, and no insolvency practitioner, lender or broker pays us anything. We do not refer directors for finance, and we do not currently pass your details to an insolvency practitioner or any other third party.
The model, plainly
- Everything here is free. The guides, the 12 free tools, the data trackers and a review of your enquiry. No account, no email gate, no charge.
- Who runs it. The site is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd (Company No. 16833937). The same company operates other UK business finance websites, but LTD Turnaround is kept separate as an information and guidance service. We do not send you to those websites.
- Nobody pays us for you. We take no referral fees and no commission. No Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, lender or broker pays us, whether per case, per lead or in any other way.
- What we do not do. We do not charge directors, we do not sell your details, and we do not refer anyone for finance.
- If that ever changes. If the way LTD Turnaround is funded changes in a way that could affect how you use or assess the service, we will explain it clearly on this page.
Why this protects you
Anyone paid per case has a reason to push every director towards the most lucrative route. We have no such reason: nothing about how this site is funded depends on the procedure you choose, or on whether you borrow at all. That is why our guides openly cover the routes that involve no procedure and no borrowing, such as agreeing time with HMRC, and why we signpost free help from StepChange and Citizens Advice where that is the right answer.
Our commitments
- Our tools and guidance are free, with no email required to use them.
- Formal insolvency work is only ever a matter for a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and we say so on every relevant page.
- We do not currently pass your details to any Licensed Insolvency Practitioner or third party. Where speaking to a practitioner is the right route for your situation, we explain that and point you to how to find one.
- We tell you when you may not need a formal procedure or any finance, and signpost free help where appropriate.
