The guidance on LTD Turnaround is written and maintained by our in-house editorial desk, based on official UK sources such as the Insolvency Service, HMRC, Companies House, The Gazette and the legislation. We publish under our editorial desk rather than individual bylines, and we do this deliberately: in a regulated, high-stakes area we would rather be judged on whether the information is accurate, sourced and current than on a personal name. Our editors specialise in making complex insolvency rules clear and honest for worried directors, and we cite those sources so you can check them.
