Complaints
We want to get things right, and if we have not, we want to know. If you are unhappy with our website, our content, or the way an introduction was handled, please tell us through the contact page with the details and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it fairly and quickly. Please note that any complaint about the advice or service of a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner we introduced you to should also be raised with that practitioner and their regulatory body, as they are responsible for their own regulated work.
How to complain to us
Use the contact page and include: what happened, which page or introduction it relates to, when it happened, and what outcome you are looking for. Complaints go to the operator of this site, Best Business Loans Ltd (Companies House 16833937).
What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
- Investigation. A real person reviews what happened, including the page history or the introduction record where relevant.
- Outcome. We reply with what we found and what we are doing about it. If our content was wrong, we correct the page and note the correction per our editorial policy.
Complaints about an expert we introduced
The professionals we introduce are responsible for their own regulated work, and they have formal complaints routes that carry more weight than ours:
- Licensed Insolvency Practitioners are regulated by a Recognised Professional Body, most commonly the Insolvency Practitioners Association or ICAEW. Complaints about an IP can be made through the Insolvency Service's Complaints Gateway.
- Data protection concerns about how we handled your information can be raised with us first, and with the Information Commissioner's Office. Our ICO registration is ZC151816.
