How we match you
When you send us your details, your enquiry goes to LTD Turnaround, and we use it to arrange a free, confidential call with a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner suited to your situation. We match on two things: what you are facing, such as a winding-up petition, HMRC arrears or a possible closure, and where you and the company are based, so you reach a practitioner who can actually act for you. We only ever introduce you to a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner regulated by a recognised professional body, never to an unregulated adviser, and never to a debt-management firm. The introduction is free to you, there is no obligation, and whether you go on to instruct the practitioner is entirely your decision. We do not run an auction, and the order in which we suggest practitioners is not for sale.
What happens to your enquiry
- You tell us briefly what is happening with the company.
- We match your enquiry to a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner by situation and location.
- That practitioner contacts you to arrange a free, no-obligation call.
- You get a straight assessment of your options, including the times you may not need a formal procedure at all.
We pass your details only to the practitioner we introduce you to, so they can contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell your data. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
What we will not do
- We will not pressure you, and an introduction is always your choice.
- We will not introduce you to anyone who is not a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
- We will tell you when free help, such as StepChange or Citizens Advice, is the better answer.
Our conflict-of-interest disclosure
You should know who is behind this site. LTD Turnaround is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd (Companies House 16833937), a company that also operates business-finance comparison and broking services. We are open about that because it matters: a director in difficulty deserves to know we are not a neutral party with no other commercial interests.
Here is how we keep that interest from working against you. This site is about insolvency help, and when you ask for help here we introduce you to a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, not to a lender. We do not use your insolvency enquiry to push you into taking on new borrowing, and taking on more debt is rarely the right answer for a company that is already insolvent. If, after speaking to a practitioner, your situation turns out to be a fixable cash-flow gap rather than insolvency, any decision about finance is a separate one that you control, and we would say so plainly rather than steer you. We are funded by an introduction fee paid by the practitioner, never by you; our how we are funded page sets that out in full.
The practitioners we work with
Every practitioner we introduce you to is licensed and regulated by a recognised professional body (ICAEW, ICAS or the IPA) and listed on the Insolvency Service register, which you can check yourself. See the practitioners we work with and our accreditations for the detail.
